Message from The New President Hotel Manager

The following is a message from Howard Crump and his staff to all of the 5th Royal Tank Regiment Reunion Association members.

MESSAGE BEGINS:

Dear Members of the Fifth,

Just a note on behalf of all the staff and myself on how much we are looking forward to the Fighting Fifth's Reunion at the New President Hotel in 2008, We are looking forward to welcoming you all, with an especial welcome from Phil Whittle in the cookhouse, who will be providing you with good old TANKIE TUCKER!.

I am pleased to announce that the hotel refurbishment is going well. We are currently refurbishing the Atlanta Restaurant to a modern contemporary style, with cream leather seats for our guests comfort. We are still refurbishing the bathrooms in the hotel, so far 45 have been completed with 5 executive rooms now opened.

I am also proud to announce that we have just been presented with the INVESTORS IN PEOPLE AWARD. Which shows our dedication to our staff training and development and committment to providing you, our guests with superior service.
