The Active England Project aims to encourage the whole community to become physically active by providing low cost activities that anyone can participate in. There are activities on offer to children of all ages throughout the school holidays and also a variety of sessions for adults and older people that take place weekly including chair based exercise class and health walks. There are also opportunities through the project to become more involved in sport as a coach or leader. There are many opportunities to develop skills and gain experience.
