Tour de Vale 2010
The Tour took place on 13th June and this year everyone enjoyed really good weather. We have a slightly reduced number of pictures of the riders that took part this year but sit back & enjoy the slideshow and check out if you are featured.

Tour de Vale 2009
The Tour was rescheduled on 12th July due to poor weather on the original date & we took an extensive range of pictures of the riders. So sit back & enjoy the slideshow and check out if you are featured.

Bourge Walk Opening
On Friday 17 April 2009 the opening ceremony of the Bourg Walk Bridge was held; a pedestrian & cycle bridge linking Aylesbury town centre with Southcourt. At the same event the Jet Way cycleway was officially opened which is a new route linking Stoke Mandeville Hospital with the town centre via Southcourt. Here is a selection of our photos of events:

Tour of Britain 2008
The Tour of Britain cycle race passed through Aylesbury on Monday morning 8th September. Stage 2 was from Milton Keynes to Newbury and our photos show the race as it enters Aylesbury for the Hot Spot Sprint on the A413 near Watermead.

Aylesbury Cycling Club Time Trial
The Aylesbury Cycling Club ran a time trial on 23 August 2008, our pictures show the riders at the Edgecott turn and Botolph Claydon HQ, Bucks, so click here to view the pictures & the slideshow.
The route was a two lap circuit from Botolph Claydon over 25 miles. For more information on the club see our LINKS page
It is cycling but not as we know it!
The International Human Powered Vehicle Association held its World Championships at Bentwaters Park, Rendlesham, Suffolk on 16th and 17th August 2008. The event was organised by the British Human Power Club and included a wide range of machinery and riders from across Europe.
