Our aim is to develop chess skills for juniors in Buckinghamshire. We organize chess coaching and county team matches for U9, U11, U14 and U18 age groups. This site provides information about the Bucks Youth Chess Association, details of forthcoming events and their related results.
A lot of dates for the new season are up now, including dates for U9 and U11 county competitions. Everybody please note the date for the Bucks Junior Congress, our London Junior Chess Championships qualifier. More information from Paul Basham; the entry form will be available for download here soon. All potential U11 county players please note in particular the dates for selection/training events in September and November.

2. One adult to manage the team
3. Teams do not have to play on all dates
4. Substitutes are allowed as long as no player plays for two teams
