Wing is a ward in the northern part of the Vale of Aylesbury. The village lies between Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard. It has a major Comprehensive School, Cottesloe, which draws pupils from the surrounding villages and a primary school - Overstone. It has an important church with a Saxon crypt which attracts visitors from all over the world and the important National Trust property, Ascott House, which is open to the public at certain times of the year.
