In case you missed this item in the in the Bucks Herald:

Aylesbury Police Station has discontinued using the 01296 396000 number.  We must now use the Thames Valley Police 0845 8 505 505 number for all non emergency matters.

You must still use 999 for emergencies or when a crime is in progress.
