The Damon Singers is a mixed choir of about 30 voices singing a varied repertoire of madrigals, folksongs, sacred and secular music from all over the world, including compositions from the 16th century to the 21st century.
We meet for rehearsals every Wednesday from 8 - 10 p.m. at the White Hill Centre in Chesham. Membership is by audition and costs £35 per term.
Anyone who can sing is welcome to come and join us at a rehearsal !

-> Saturday, 17th July 2010, 7:30 pm, at St Mary's Church, Chesham; this is the Damon Singers’ summer concert, well known in the area for its relaxed atmosphere and summery puddings served at the end of the concert. Tickets are £8 from Perfect Pitch music shop in Chesham and available by telephoning 07717 707575, or £12 at the door. - Come and sample our lovely music and delicious deserts!
-> Sunday, 5th December 2010, 7:30 pm, at the White Hill Centre, Chesham; this is the Damon Singers’ Christmas Carol concert, with its very own festive atmosphere. Entrance is free of charge with hot mince pies served in the interval and mulled wine/soft drink on sale at the bar! - A collection is usually taken in aid of a local charity.
