The Walk4Life website is totally FREE and has thousands of walk ideas all over the country. You can also easily add more walks. You can add a link from each walk you map through to your site with a supporter login (also free) which I can set up for you. The website uses OS maps which can easily be printed out at home so is proving really popular. People can also keep a track of the walks they have done and set themselves a target!

The Guideposts Trust Independent Living Centre, in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, provides information on products and organisations to assist people with disabilities and older people to increase and maintain their independence. The Centre, based in Witney, provides this service to any adult residing in Oxfordshire. The Centre has a showroom with equipment for the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Two Occupational Therapists are available for personal and confidential consultations, by appointment. There is also an Information Line available 01993 899985.
