We are a relatively new residents group (established April 2004) but have been vigorous in seeking solutions to local issues, in which we have been quite successful. We are unstinting in our efforts to keep all residents informed of our progress and aspirations.
Meetings are advertised locally well in advance and residents are encouraged to attend and voice their opinions and concerns. We liaise closely with Councils, Councillors and Police who regularly attend our meetings to help residents deal with problems, regarding community or individual matters where relevant.
Although achieving some success in receiving minor grants for trees, benches and operating costs, we, as an association, are seeking to make positive and long-term improvements for the benefit of all the residents in our community, in line with the aims and objectives of our constitution.
