Hiring

Heating, hot water (including showers for sports activities) and use of crockery, cutlery, and cooking facilities are included in the hire charge. 

Hiring is charged either per event, or per hour.

 

Examples of current rates (from April 2006):

  Fund-raising evening:     £30
  Adult party:     £80
  Childrens' party:     £30
  Main Hall:      £8 per hour;  minimum £16
  Millennium Room:      £8 per hour;  minimum £16
  Meeting Room:      £6 per hour;  minimum £12

Notes:

Reasonable preparation time is allowed, provided it does not conflict with other users.

A deposit and / or a cleaning charge will be required for certain types of event.
