The Event Directory goes live on www.countryside2010.org.uk at the end of March with an eye-opening overview of country-based activities, attractions and events right across the region. Activity choices include guided walks on themes from battlefields to bats, bugs and birds; boat trips and cycle rides; rambling, fishing, watersports, gliding, orienteering, ballooning, tree climbing, mountain boarding and green gyms.
