Wine Tasting Group
The Wine Group meets on the second Wednesday of each month. It is open to any U3A members with an interest in wine, or a desire to know more about them. One of the group members acts as host on a rota basis. The host is responsible for choosing 3-4 wines and giving the group an introductory overview of them. After tasting, the group will discuss the wines and compare their views with published expert opinion.
Occasional visits are also arranged.
Costs
There is a £5.00 attendance charge to cover the cost of the wine and any other incidental expenses.
