The hall is approached from the road through a small gate which can be bolted.
The garden around the hall is fully enclosed from the road by a substantial hedge.
A concrete path runs round the hall on two sides giving access onto a large area laid to grass which is regularly maintained. This path gives access to the gents toilets and showers which are used on Saturdays in season by the Winchmore Hill Football Club.
A small paved patio area is provided and can also be reached through double doors from the committee room. Two timber bench/tables are provided.
